i found this picture i totally agree with the person who made it. its TRUE! you never get to say what you really want to say in life or you don't have a say in it! thats how people get really quiet and shy and feel as if they don't belong...they can even feel suicidal.
you have the rich or popular people who believe they are the most superior ones in the world
then you have they people who feel as if because of the superior they can't do what they want to do.

Just because people who are louder then you, does not mean you should not be heard. Wherever you are.. it's up to you to make yourself heard, and if you are shunned or dismissed then say it louder. Nobody, no matter who they are can control what you have to say. Speak your mind, be heard and never back down. :)
